If you do not have a DJ or other provider of audio equipment, we can provide speakers and three lapel microphones for the bride, groom and officiant. There must be a power outlet within 25 feet of where the ceremony is taking place.
High definition candid photos of your guests during the cocktail hour and/or the reception.
This is meant to supplement, not replace, your wedding photographer. Photos are delivered, unedited, to a cloud drive. We can also provide a QR code that your quests can use to upload their own photos and videos.

The required deposit is $125. It is not refundable. The remainder is due 30 days prior to the event.
Depending on the circumstances, and out our discretion, if you notify us of a change 60 days or more in advance of the scheduled event, we may be able to apply your deposit to another date.
The Penny Pincher Ceremony is a generic ceremony script. Other than the names of the Bride and Groom, the script is not customized. The bride and groom have the option of reciting their own vows.

Yes, if you don't select the Penny Pincher Ceremony, we offer customized ceremonies. You will be given a membership to The Provenance App to help plan your ceremony. The App will ask you a series of questions and create a ceremony script specific to your responses. It can also help you write your vows and any toasts that are needed.
Once you have entered all of your information into the app, we will meet ten days prior to review and refine the ceremony script.
Weddings are expensive enough. There is no expectation that you will need to provide for your officiant to have dinner at the reception or attend the rehearsal dinner unless you feel strongly that you wish to do so.
We do offer supplemental photography services during the cocktail hour or reception, but again, there is no expectation of a vendor meal.
Yes. We can provide proof of coverage for liability insurance that is often required by venues.
